Jawatan Kosong CONVEYANCING LAWYER in Miri

Description :

We require candidates who are able to: -

To handle and attending all conveyancing matters mostly to property, banking and finance, probate & administration, real estate and other related areas;

Advise clients on all aspects of buying or selling process, including legal issues, finances, and contracts;

Do necessary legal research and due diligence;

Liaise with clients, bankers and relevant authorities in government departments; and

Any other tasks related to conveyancing that are not stipulated above

Candidates should also have and or be able to: -

At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is preferred.

MUST possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in law or possess in the related field.

Good command in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Ability to communicate in Mandarin would be an advantage.

Able to work independently with minimum Supervision

Good in team work, communication and working attitude.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 per month
