Jawatan Kosong Learning Development Intern in Putrajaya

Job Description:
- Collaborate closely with the L&D team to enhance work relationships, build morale, and boost productivity.
- Assist in organizing orientation and training sessions, including preparing training materials, managing pre-training arrangements, setting up classrooms, and conducting follow-up evaluations.
- Design visually engaging graphics and materials using Canva, such as social media posts, flyers, and short videos.
- Perform any additional ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Diploma in Human Resource Management, Graphic Design, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Canva, PowerPoint, and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar).
- Proficient in MS Office Suite or equivalent software.
- Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Must have own transportation as light travel may be required.
Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: RM1,000.00 per month
