Description :
Position: HR Manager
Salary: RM4,500 - RM5,500
Working Days: Sunday - Thursday ( 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM )
Location: PT 3924, Tingkat Bawah Badar Satelit Pasir Tumboh, 16150, Kota Bahru Kelantan.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
- Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
- Address employee issues and grievances in a timely and confidential manner.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Develop and implement performance appraisal systems and processes.
- Provide guidance and support to managers on performance-related matters.
- Identify and address performance improvement needs.
- Assess training needs and develop training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
- Coordinate and deliver training sessions and workshops.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs
- Ensure compliance with all HR policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
- Update and maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Stay informed about changes in labor laws and regulations.
- Oversee the administration of compensation and benefits programs.
- Conduct salary surveys and analyze compensation data to ensure competitiveness.
- Manage employee benefits enrollment and inquiries.
Lead and participate in HR projects aimed at improving HR processes and practices.
- Collaborate with the management team on strategic HR initiatives.
- Provide HR-related insights and recommendations to support business objectives
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend jobs
Education:
- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)
Experience:
- Human Resources Management: 1 year (Preferred)
