QA Technician – Manufacturing Electronics Assembly
We are looking for a QA Technician to support quality inspection and testing activities in our electronics assembly manufacturing. The role ensures products meet quality standards before shipment.
Responsibilities
- Perform in-process and final inspection/testing for plastic and electronics assembly products
- Conduct visual inspection, functional testing, and basic measurements
- Identify and report defects and non-conforming products
- Record inspection and test results accurately
- Work closely with Production and Engineering teams to resolve quality issues
- Follow SOPs, work instructions, and quality standards
Requirements
- Minimum SPM / Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, or related field
- Experience in electronics manufacturing or QA/QC is an advantage
- Basic knowledge of electronics components and assembly processes
- Able to use basic testing tools (multimeter, power supply, etc.)
- Detail-oriented, disciplined, and able to work in a team
- Able to use computer to write report (Excel, word and etc)
