Job Description:

1. Monitor overall daily, weekly, & monthly operations to ensure all the services achieve the standard at the outlet

2. Buyback Operations

  • Assist customers with buyback transactions, ensuring the process is seamless and efficient.
  • Provide customers with accurate pricing and information on buyback items.
  • Process buyback orders, ensuring all relevant documentation is completed and entered into system.

3. Customer Service:

  • Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Engage with customers in person, ensuring they have a positive experience during buyback transactions and other services.
  • Handle live chat inquiries, assisting customers with product availability, buyback questions, and other operational queries.

4. Clerical & Administrative Support:

  • Perform general clerical tasks, including filling, data entry, and maintaining accurate records for daily operations.
  • Prepare reports and assist in the organization of branch documents and invenory.

5. Stock Collection & Inventory Management:

  • Manage the collection of stock items from various sources, ensuring the branch has adequate inventory levels.
  • Perform regular stock checks and assist in maintaining an accurate inventory.

6. Live Content Creation:

  • Assist with creating engaging live content (e.g., live streams, product demos) to promote buyback operations and available inventory.

7. Ticket Handling:

  • Address and manage customer service tickets, ensuring issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Keep track of open tickets, providing regular updates to customers and management.

8. General Branch Support:

  • Provide day-to-day operational support to branch staff and management.
  • Maintain a clean and organized branch environment, ensuring it is welcoming for customers.

Job Requirements:

  • Possess at least a Bachelor Degree in Business Admin, Management or other related field.
  • Will be able to work independently and manage the whole outlet.
  • Fast Learner, aggressive and sales driven.
  • Possess good communication skill in English & Malays.
  • Self-motivated; exhibits strong self-management and sense of urgency.
  • Good presentation and public speaking skills
  • Other tasks or job assignments include but not limited to day-to-day administration, coordination, and service support assigned by superior based on business need.
