Description :
- Responding to client support queries.
- Providing support in person, over the phone, or via remote access.
- Diagnosing issues with computer software and hardware.
- Running software diagnostic tools and physically inspecting hardware systems.
- Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks.
- Assist in training end-users on new technologies and software applications as required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to RM3,500.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
