Job description :
1. Manage and coordinate promotional events with all related parties.
2. Ensure stocks and merchandise displays are proper and sufficient throughout the day.
3. Supervise staff and promoters’ manpower coverage, discipline and conduct are in accordance to the Company’s policies and regulations.
4. Manage daily operational activities on selling floor which includes staff and promoters providing the appropriate service standards to customers, shopping environment and customer’s facilities.
5. Consolidate and provide sales reports to the Management.
Requirements:
1. Minimum Diploma with good written and spoken communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
2. Can be no experience or fresh graduate preferred.
3. Pleasant with strong interpersonal and leadership skill with positive attitude.
4. Good in report writing skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
