Description :

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Greet and escort customers to their tables.
• Present menu and provide detailed information when asked.
• Prepare tables by setting up silverware.
• Offer menu recommendations upon request.
• Up-sell additional products when appropriate.
• Take accurate food and drinks order.
• Communicate order details to the Kitchen Staff.
• Serve food and drinks orders.
• Check dishes and kitchenware for cleanliness and presentation and report any problems.
• Arrange table settings and maintain tidy dining area.
• Carry dirty plates, glasses and silverware to kitchen for cleaning.
• Provide excellent customer service to guests.

EDUCATION AND REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma in Hospitality or Food Management. (REQUIRED)
• Proven work experience as a Waiter. (at least ONE (1) YEAR) (REQUIRED)
• Attentiveness and patience for customers.
• Excellent presentation skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Able to perform well in a fast-paced environment.
• Active listening and effective communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM1,700.00 per month
