Description :
Salary : Basic RM1900 - RM2100 + OT＋Allowance
Gross Salary : RM3000 ++
Company Background : Call Centre (Multinational Company)
Job Description :
- Handling of incoming call and enquiries from customers with demonstration of excellent customer service skill to meet and exceed customer’s need.
- Provide customer support using the English or Bahasa language via phone, email or Chat
- Resolve customer queries efficiently and escalates problems promptly.
- Ensure necessary and appropriate follow up actions are taken.
Requirement :
- SPM & SKM Cert
- Language proficiency in Bahasa and English
