Jawatan Kosong Assistant Admin in Johor Bahru
Description :
Key Responsibilities
- Handle daily administrative and office tasks
- Manage calls, emails, and documentation
- Maintain proper filing system
- Prepare invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers
- Assist in accounts payable & receivable
- Perform data entry and basic accounting records
- Assist in bank reconciliation and monthly reports
- Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and suppliers
Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 1–2 years working experience (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
- Basic accounting knowledge
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel & Word
- Knowledge of accounting software (AutoCount / SQL / UBS) is an advantage
- Responsible, organized, and able to multitask
Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,900.00 per month
Work Location: In person
