Key Responsibilities
- Create meaningful moments with every interaction — help customers find products that best match their personality and style.
- Become a product & brand expert — confidently introduce our fragrances and body care essentials while spreading AGift’s story and values.
- Keep the store looking beautiful — restock items, tidy shelves, and make sure testers are always clean and ready to try.
- Spread our story with heart — show customers that choosing AGift With Care means embracing quality and making a positive impact together.
Requirements
- Friendly, confident, and proactive interpersonal approach.
- Able to communicate in English & Malay.
- Strong sense of ownership, reliability, and customer-first mindset.
- Work 6-day per week and rotating shifts.
- Prior retail or customer service experience is advantageous but not mandatory — we provide comprehensive training.
