As our Full Stack Ruby on Rails Developer, you’ll be at the heart of our learning platform:

- Own the stack. You’ll develop features end-to-end, ensuring performance, accessibility, and scalability across the board.

What You’ll Do
- Develop and maintain full-stack features using Ruby on Rails and modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Design and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services.
- Build responsive, user-friendly UIs with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Model and manage relational databases (PostgreSQL) and caching layers (Redis).
- Implement secure authentication and data protection best practices (OAuth2, JWT, etc.).
- Set up and manage CI/CD pipelines and deploy to cloud environments.
- Monitor app performance and troubleshoot production issues.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Marketing teams to deliver features that grow acquisition and retention.
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of professional experience as a full stack developer using Ruby on Rails.
- Solid understanding of frontend technologies and best practices.
- Experience with version control (Git), and deployment workflows (CI/CD).
- Familiarity with integrating third-party services (e.g., Stripe).
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to independently scope and deliver projects.
