Jawatan Kosong JUNIOR QA QC EXECUTIVE in Labuan
Description :
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior QA/QC Executive to join our team. This role supports the QA/QC department in ensuring product quality, food safety, and compliance with regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in monitoring wheat and flour quality to meet company and customer standards.
- Support implementation and maintenance of FSSC22000, HACCP, GMP, HALAL requirements and Good Laboratory Practices.
- Conduct routine quality checks, sampling, and testing to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Assist in preparing reports, maintaining documentation, and supporting internal and external audits.
- Help manage non-conforming products and contribute to root cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Collaborate with the QA/QC team to uphold food safety culture and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Handle SAP and LQMS
Qualifications & Experience:
- Malaysian, preferably aged 25–35 years old.
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in food science, Food Technology, or related field.
- At least 3 years of QA/QC experience in food manufacturing (fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are encouraged to apply).
- Knowledge of HACCP, HALAL, FSSC22000 and food safety regulations.
- Meticulous, with strong analytical and communication skills.
