Key Responsibilities:
✅ Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and innovative lectures to students.
✅ Incorporate technology-enhanced learning and interactive teaching strategies to enhance student engagement.
✅ Develop creative teaching materials, projects, and case studies that connect academic learning to real-world applications.
✅ Contribute to curriculum development, planning, and review.
✅ Provide academic guidance, mentorship, and pastoral care to students.
✅ Participate in industry collaborations and marketing activities.
✅ Undertake additional responsibilities as required.
Requirements:
1. At least a Master’s Degree in the relevant field.
2. 3 – 5 years of industry or teaching experience.
3. Familiarity with the MQA framework (Malaysian Qualifications Agency) is an added advantage.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a positive and professional attitude, the ability to work collaboratively, and a strong commitment to fostering a supportive learning environment.
