Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing product information and recommendations as needed.
• Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences, upselling and cross-selling products to maximize sales.
• Monitor inventory levels, restock shelves, and ensure that products are neatly displayed and organized.
• Assist in maintaining the visual appeal of the store by following merchandising guidelines and participating in store layout changes.
• Process transactions accurately using POS systems, handle cash, credit, and other forms of payment securely.
• :Keep the store clean and tidy at all times, including regular cleaning of shelves, counters, and displays.
• Stay informed about Miniso products, promotions, and sales events to provide accurate information to customers.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales targets and ensure a positive shopping experience for customers.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including safety guidelines, and contribute to maintaining a safe and secure work environment.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in retail sales or customer service preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer focus and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
• Basic math skills and proficiency in using POS systems.
• Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,200.00 per month

Work Location: In person
