Customer Service Exe
Location : Tmn Kota Laksamana
Working Days : 5 days
Industry : Car Insurance Agency
* Respond to incoming leads from TikTok, Facebook, WhatsApp, etc.
* Answer questions, overcome objections, and close sales professionally and quickly
* Communicate fluently and naturally in Mandarin, Malay, and English (spoken & written)
* Collaborate with our in-house marketing team to optimize scripts and conversions
* Follow up with prospects, track conversations, and ensure successful handover
* Handle pre-sales and post-sales communication to build trust and loyalty
* Achieve (or exceed!) monthly sales targets—you’ll be rewarded well for it
✅ We’re Looking For Someone Who:
* Can write and speak fluently in Mandarin, Malay, and English
* Is proactive and not afraid to start conversations and follow up closely with the customer
* Understands customer psychology and has great empathy
* Enjoys social messaging (TikTok, FB, WhatsApp) and quick follow-ups
* Is organized, efficient, and great at managing conversations
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
