Job Responsibilities:
- Provide strong leadership and direction to the workforce
- Human resource management to achieve monthly KPIs
- Conduct regular meetings to ensure instructions are clear and any issues are resolved
- Highlight and tackle areas of weakness
- Travel to the fields regularly to identify and resolve localised issues
- Provide regular status updates
Job Requirement:
- Minimum of 5 years working experience in running an oil palm plantation and is familiar with field operational management
- A proactive and detail oriented leader, with strong analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skills
- Able to effectively communicate with and motivate staff
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is required
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
Work Location: In person
