Job Overview
As a Team Leader / Shift Manager, you will be the driving force behind our dynamic team, ensuring that every shift runs smoothly and efficiently. Your leadership will inspire your team to deliver exceptional service while maintaining high standards in food preparation and safety. You’ll play a crucial role in creating a positive atmosphere that keeps both our customers and team members happy and engaged.

What you’ll do

• Lead and motivate a team to achieve operational excellence during each shift
• Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation to ensure quality and safety standards are met
• Manage point-of-sale (POS) systems, including Aloha POS and Micros POS, for accurate cash handling
• Control inventory levels and manage stock to minimize waste while ensuring availability
• Train, develop, and mentor staff in food service management practices and customer service skills
• Conduct interviews for new hires while fostering a culture of teamwork and collaboration
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen and dining areas
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to enhance guest satisfaction

Basic qualifications

• Proven experience in restaurant management or hospitality management with a focus on quick service or fast food environments
• Strong background in food handling, culinary experience, and kitchen management
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively with excellent communication skills

Pay: RM2,005.00 - RM2,650.00 per month
