We are looking for a driven, hands-on Operational Manager to lead and elevate our Food & Beverage operations. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves building strong teams, and is passionate about delivering outstanding guest experiences every single day.
As our Operational Manager, you will be the backbone of daily operations—ensuring smooth service flow, consistent food quality, cost control, and a positive workplace culture. You won’t just manage processes; you’ll lead people, solve problems, and grow the business alongside us.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage daily F&B operations across service, kitchen, and support teams
- Ensure high standards of food quality, hygiene, safety, and customer service
- Lead, train, motivate, and retain a strong operational team
- Monitor costs, inventory, wastage, and supplier performance to maximise profitability
- Develop and implement SOPs to improve efficiency and consistency
- Handle operational challenges proactively and resolve issues on the floor
- Work closely with management to drive business growth and operational excellence
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in F&B operations or restaurant management
- Strong leadership and people-management skills
- Good understanding of food safety, hygiene, and operational standards
- Ability to multitask, prioritise, and stay calm under pressure
- Results-driven mindset with attention to detail

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
