Jawatan Kosong Production Leader in Sungai Petani
Description :
1. Overseeing Daily Operations – Ensure smooth production processes and make necessary adjustments.
2. Supervising the Team – Assign tasks, provide guidance, and ensure workers follow operational procedures.
3. Maintaining Product Quality – Monitor manufacturing processes to ensure products meet quality standards.
4. Ensuring Workplace Safety – Enforce safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
5. Training New Employees – Provide training to new hires and ensure they understand their responsibilities.
6. Resolving Production Issues – Identify and solve problems that arise during production.
7. Improving Efficiency – Optimize production methods to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
8. Coordinating with Other Departments – Collaborate with departments like quality control and maintenance for smooth operations.
9. Preparing Production Reports – Generate performance and production status reports for management.
Job Requirement
- SPM/DIPLOMA LEVEL
- minimum 1 year experience
- preferably who are stay in Kedah especially Sungai Petani.
- have a strong leadership skill
- have a basic to handle operators in production area
