Jawatan Kosong accounting clerk in Bayan Lepas
Description :
a) In charge of stock control and fixed assets system.
b) Fund control including monitoring of fund position and requirement.
c) Monthly closing and preparation of management account.
d) Cash flow statement and forecasts.
e) General accounting including monthly provision and accruals.
f) Insurance policies on company assets and claims.
g) Monitoring utilization on banking facilities such as banker acceptances, bank guarantees, letter of credit and overdraft and the respective entries in the books
of account.
h) Maintains schedule on fixed assets movement summary.
i) Monitoring of admin works and payroll.
j) Ensure that all suppliers’ invoices are properly kept.
k) Banking matters such as opening of documentary Credit, banker acceptance and collection of shipping documents.
l) Perform any related task as directed by the superior from time to time.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: From RM2,000.00 per month
