Job Description


Your responsibilities as the Administrative Executive will include but not limited to:

  • Co-ordinator for daily operations and general upkeep pertaining to facilities and services at HQ, Customers Service Office, Warehouse and outlets like pantry and cafeteria, office equipment, cleaning services, waste disposal, plants, washrooms etc.
  • Monitor and manage Business & Signboard License – new and renewal for all sites/stores
  • Travel arrangements bookings
  • Management of Security Guard services
  • Management of Pest Control Services
  • Preparation of PO/PR and gathering of invoice/bills & supporting documents for approval
  • Monitoring, re-ordering and replenishment of non-Trade items including stationaries, name cards, letterhead etc.
  • Sourcing and price review/comparison
  • Back up-front desk reception tasks
  • Any other assignments as instructed by superior as and when required

Qualifications


Candidate must have the following requirement:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field.
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Good proficiency on MS Office
  • Effective Communication skills in both English & Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Attention to details.
  • Strong organizational skills and good in documentation.
