JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Manage Sales Activity
- Ensure agent give commitment to achieve sales target
- Plan suitable sales activity for agent
- Support and guide agent in manage their daily activities
- Conducting a search for the Talk & Event program for agents
- Scheduling appointments and discussions with potential speakers to be appointed for the Talk activity
- Provide guideline or tools for agent to improve their sales activity
- Ensure agent perform the activities as plan
- Checking, listing and distribute information regarding the marketing & sales campaign to agent
- Attending agent inquiries regarding marketing & sales campaign
- Having a discussion with agents to analyse the effectiveness of the sales activities carried out
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From RM1,800.00 per month
