Duties & Responsibilities

• Accurately process payroll on a regular basis by utilize payroll software to process payroll and manage employee data.
• To handle employees records and time attendance in order to execute accurate and timely payroll.
• To handle day to day office administration function.
• Maintain records and filing system and update in database.
• Coordinate with HR to manage benefits enrolment, changes, and terminations.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll and benefits.
• Managing the end-to-end process of medical claims and leave management.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/ Degree in Human Resources/Finance or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years working experience preferably in Human Resources or equivalent.
• Preferably with experience of software payroll system especially in Sage Easy Pay and TMS.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to meet deadlines.
• Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply. Training will be provided.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
