JOB VACANCY – ACCOUNT & HR EXECUTIVE
Company Address:
LOT 2407, KAMPUNG SELAMAT,
JALAN KUANTAN–KEMAMAN,
MUKIM SUNGAI KARANG,
26080 BALOK, PAHANG.
Working Days: Monday – Saturday
Working Hours: 9.00 AM – 6.00 PM
Lunch Break: 1 hour 30 minutes
Location: Balok, near Old Kuantan Port (KP1)
Job Requirements
- Must be able to speak and communicate in Chinese (Mandarin).
- Minimum Diploma in Accounting, Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 1 year working experience in Accounting and/or HR Department.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and basic accounting software.
- Responsible, accurate, organized and able to work independently.
- Good communication skills with positive working attitude.
- Able to start immediately is an added advantage.
Job Responsibilities
A) Accounting Department
- Handle full set of accounts including AP, AR and GL.
- Update accounting records and inter-company transactions promptly & accurately.
- Prepare monthly closing, management reports, bank reconciliation, fixed assets listing & SST submission.
- Prepare invoices, debit/credit notes, DO, PO, SOA & payment vouchers.
- Handle DuitNow and foreign TT payments.
- Prepare and review P&L and Balance Sheet.
- Draft and prepare CP204 & CP204A.
B) Human Resources Department
- Setup & maintain staff profiles, attendance, leave, lateness, OT, medical and service length.
- Update staff joining & resignation via CP22 & CP22A.
- Prepare payroll, EPF, SOCSO, EIS, HRDF, PCB/CP39, salaries & wages.
- Prepare and submit C.P.8D & e-Form.
- Prepare letters, memos or notices.
- Assist SOCSO claim for drivers involved in accidents.
- Conduct interview for lorry drivers.
C) Administrative & Runner Responsibilities
- Handle admin tasks: documentation, filing, data entry.
- Renew JPJ road tax, insurance, permits.
- Book PUSPAKOM appointments.
- Act as runner for payments & submissions.
- Handle dealings with JPJ, LHDN, EPF, SOCSO, EIS, HRDF, Customs, etc.
- Ensure company & vehicle documents are updated on time.
