*Note: Medical knowledge are NOT required
*Required Mandarin talking, reading & typing.
Blue Mind Specialist Clinic (Psychiatry & Mental Health Clinic)
Location: Bay Avenue, Bayan Lepas.
Work hours: 45hours per week, 6 days a week.
(Tuesday Off)
2 clinic assistants will cover the clinic operation hours according to roster:
Monday, Wednesday - Friday: 10am - 8pm.
Saturday & Sunday: 10am - 5pm
Job Responsibilities
1. Appointment & Patient Flow Management
- Manage appointments for walk-in patients, phone calls, and WhatsApp inquiries.
- Send reminders for upcoming appointments.
- Follow up with patients who missed their appointments (defaulter tracing).
- Call patients into the consultation room when it’s their turn.
- Retrieve medications prescribed by the doctor and present them for cross-checking.
- Collect payments and issue receipts.
- Arrange follow-up appointments.
2. Clinic Inventory & Supplies Management
- Monitor and maintain stock levels for medical supplies, equipment, and medications.
- Perform basic clerical tasks (faxing, photocopying, data entry).
- Keep the clinic area clean, tidy, and presentable.
3. Social Media & Communication
- Reply to inquiries on the clinic’s social media pages.
- Announce clinic closures or changes during festive seasons or special occasions.
- Assisting with clinic media productions.
4. Extra (Added Advantage)
- Basic video editing skills.
- Canva design skills.
Requirements
- Must be able to speak and read Chinese (Mandarin).
- Good communication skills in English.
- Friendly & patient.
- Responsible, punctual, and organized.
- Basic computer literacy (WhatsApp Web, email, spreadsheets).
- Experience in a clinic setting is a bonus, but not required — training will be provided.
