Kerja Kosong HR MANAGER in Sandakan

Description :

• Degree in Business, Human Resource Management or a related field.
• At least 5 year of working experience in the related HR functions, and experience in leadership positions.
• Experience in employee management, e.g. grievance, disciplinary, etc.
• Strong understanding of Malaysia Labor Laws, renew passport and permit.
• Experience in dealing with foreign employees and expatriate management.
• Responsible to monitor employee leave and attendance, probationary review for employment confirmation.
• Responsible for timely and accurate data analysis of payroll processing, overtime, and headcount. manpower reporting.
• Responsible for learning and training development as in training needs analysis, planning and organizing training delivery and other development programs to enhance the team’s knowledge and skills
• Liaise with HRD Corp for the submission documents for training grant application.
• Proficient in written and spoken English, Bahasa Malayu and Mandarin.
• Must be computer literate (Microsoft Word & Excel).
• Able to work independently with tight schedules and deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
