About the role

Inovatif Motor Sdn Bhd is seeking an enthusiastic and driven Sales Advisor to join our team. As a Sales Advisor, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and driving sales of our high-quality motor vehicles. This full-time position is based in the Tawau District of Sabah, where you'll have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

What you'll be doing

• Engaging with customers to understand their needs and recommend the most suitable motor vehicle options
• Demonstrating the features and benefits of our vehicles to customers
• Providing knowledgeable and friendly assistance throughout the sales process
• Achieving and exceeding sales targets through effective sales techniques
• Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities
• Collaborating with the wider sales team to share best practices and support each other's success

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably within the motor vehicle industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
• Excellent product knowledge and the ability to effectively demonstrate and explain vehicle features
• A driven and competitive nature, with a track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
• A customer-centric mindset and a commitment to providing exceptional service
• Familiarity with sales processes and techniques, including negotiation and closing skills
• A valid driver's licence and the ability to drive a range of motor vehicles
