About the Role:

As a waiter at this Taiwanese restaurant, you will embody excellence in service. Being friendly, attentive, and passionate are the cornerstones of your role. Success comes from your ability to adapt, work seamlessly in a team, and approach challenges with a proactive attitude.

Your appreciation for Taiwanese cuisine and culture will shine through as you create a warm, welcoming environment for every guest. Your ultimate goal? To deliver a dining experience that delights customers and keeps them coming back for more!

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and seat guests in a friendly manner.
• Be familiar with the menu, recommend dishes, and ensure special requests are noted.
• Accurately relay orders to the kitchen promptly.
• Ensure timely delivery of food that meets quality standards.
• Handle guest inquiries or complaints professionally and courteously.
• Maintain table cleanliness, including setting up and clearing tables.
• Ensure overall cleanliness and hygiene of the restaurant.
• Assist with stock checks and other tasks needed for daily operations.

Requirement:

· No prior experience required; relevant experience is an advantage.

· Good communication skills and a positive service attitude.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

· Flexible schedule, including weekends and public holidays.

· Basic English or Mandarin communication skills are a plus.

• Full Attendance Bonus: RM 100 (after probation)
