Kopi Ping Cafe Sdn Bhd is a growing F&B company focused on operational excellence and quality service. We are looking for a hands-on, motivated future leader to join us as a Management Trainee, where you will gain structured exposure across outlet operations and business functions.

This role is designed to develop future leaders in F&B operations through real, on-the-ground experience working closely with management and operational teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily outlet operations and execute assigned tasks
• Gain hands-on exposure to F&B operations and management processes
• Work closely with Managers and Supervisors across departments
• Participate in meetings, training, and operational development activities
• Assist in improving operational efficiency and workflow processes
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs, policies, health, and safety standards
• Prepare and maintain reports and basic documentation
• Support staff-related matters and operational issue resolution when required
• Travel to different outlets/branches when necessary
• Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by management

Requirements

• Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree / Professional Qualification in any field (Business, Hospitality, HR preferred)
• Minimum 1–2 years working experience (preferably F&B or related industry)
• Strong interest in operations and leadership development
• Able to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
• Good communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Proactive, responsible, disciplined, and willing to learn
• Able to work independently and in a team
• Willing to travel between outlets
• Must possess own transportation
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM2,200.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Kota Kinabalu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

• Bachelor's (Required)

Language:

• Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin (An Added Value) (Required)
• Chinese, English & Malay (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

• 75% (Required)
