Jawatan Kosong Account Intern in Johor Bahru
Description :
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation, issuance, and tracking of customer invoices
- Ensure invoices are accurate, complete, and issued in a timely manner
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of invoices and related records
- Update accounts receivable listings and payment status reports
- Support basic reconciliation of invoices against payments received
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve invoicing discrepancies
- Assist with month-end invoicing and reporting activities
- Perform other accounting or administrative duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles; exposure to invoicing or AR is an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic accounting systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Able to communicate professionally with internal stakeholders
- Willingness to learn and take guidance
Learning Outcomes:
- Practical exposure to invoicing and Accounts Receivable operations
- Understanding of billing cycles and documentation standards
- Experience in basic reconciliation and financial record-keeping
- Professional working experience within a finance function
Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 3 months
Pay: RM800.00 per month
Work Location: In person
