Jawatan Kosong Sales Assistant Retail at Kangar Perlis Contract in Kangar

Description :

We are looking for a proactive and customer-oriented individual to join our retail team. This role focuses on supporting our mobile device trade-in business, assisting customers, and ensuring smooth day-to-day store operation

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and manage mobile device trade-in services
• Encourage customers to trade in devices in exchange for cash
• Assist customers with data transfer to new devices when required
• Accurately record and securely store traded-in devices
• Handle sales transactions, cash register, and payment processing
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally
• Maintain store cleanliness and attractive product displays
• Support store improvement and customer experience initiatives
• Perform general administrative and ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent qualification in any field
• Minimum 6 months of retail experience (mobile device sales experience is an advantage)
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Able to multitask, work independently, and learn quickly
• Strong verbal and written English
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays

Job Details

• Salary: RM 2300 + Commission + Shift Allowance
• Working Days : 5 days with 2 days off (rotational basis)
• Location : Giant Kangar (CompAsia Kiosk)
• Contract : 6 months (subject to extension and absorption into permanent based on approval & performance)
• Malaysian citizen
• Employment Status: Contract

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: Up to RM2,300.00 per month
