Location: Raja Uda, Pulau Pinang
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily logistics operations to ensure efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery.
- Monitor and improve key performance indicators (KPIs) across logistics operations.
- Manage relationships with external partners, vendors, and transport providers to ensure smooth operations.
- Plan and manage budgets, resources, and operational expenses to achieve financial targets.
- Forecast and plan logistics capacity, including manpower and transport needs, to meet business growth.
- Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and company standards.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the logistics industry.
- Background in warehouse, haulage, or depot operations will be an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of logistics operations.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Based in Johor with a willingness to travel within assigned regions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
