Description :
Recruitment and Hiring:
-Lead the recruitment process for retail staff, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions.
-Develop and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies and other talent sources to ensure a steady pipeline of qualified candidates.
Training and Development:
-Develop and implement training programs for retail staff to enhance their skills and product knowledge.
-Conduct onboarding sessions for new hires and coordinate ongoing training opportunities.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
