With a growing team, we are currently seeking for Front Office Manager / Assistant Front Office Manager role who will be overseeing daily operation of Front Office activities in one of our latest prestige developments in Genting Highlands.
Job Title : Front Office Manager / Assistant Front Office Manager
Location : Genting Highlands
Report to : General Manager
Salary Range : RM5,000 – RM7,000
Benefit : Meal allowance and accommodation provided
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the front office team to ensure efficient and high-quality service delivery.
- Oversee daily front desk operations, including guest check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries.
- Ensure that all front office procedures are followed and align with company policies and standards.
- Train, coach, and motivate the front office staff to maintain a high level of service excellence.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth guest experience throughout their stay.
- Monitor and manage occupancy levels, room assignments, and revenue targets.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a front office or hospitality management role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Proficient in front office systems and hotel management software.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and resolve guest issues professionally.
- Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work shifts including weekends and holidays.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
