Job Title: Account & Admin Executive

Reports to: Manager – HR, Account & Admin

Location: Taman Fu Yen, Luyang

Salary Range: RM 2,200.00 – RM 2,800.00

Employment Type: Full – Time

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts & Admin Executive to oversee the financial and administrative functions of our hotel & homestay. The ideal candidate must be able to handle full-set accounting independently, prepare monthly P&L statements, manage purchasing and provide administrative support to management. This role requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in accounting software, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities: -

1. Accounting & Financial Management

  • Handle full-set accounting including AP, AR, GL, and bank reconciliations.
  • Prepare monthly Profit & Loss (P&L) statements, balance sheets, and financial reports.
  • Manage daily cash flow, petty cash, and expense tracking.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies.

2. Purchasing & Inventory Management

  • Oversee purchasing processes, including supplier negotiations and purchase order issuance.
  • Assist in stock receiving, records, inventory checks when required

3. Administrative & Clerical Support

  • Assist management with clerical tasks, including documentation, filing, and correspondence for Account department.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in accounting
  • Proficient in full-set accounting and familiar with accounting software (Auto Count).
  • Strong knowledge of monthly closing, P&L reporting, and inventory management.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with attention to details
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Apps tools, Auto Count Accounting Software
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to write and converse well in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is added advantage)
  • Knowledgeable in local tax regulations (TTX, SST, etc.) & E-invoice.
  • Ability meets tight deadlines.
