Vacancy: Customer Service Representative (Travel Sabah) -Zahra Adventure Sdn Bhd
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our Travel Sabah team. The role involves assisting customers with travel inquiries, bookings, and travel arrangements within Sabah.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries related to travel packages within Sabah.
- Provide accurate information on itineraries, pricing, and availability.
- Assist in booking accommodations, transport, and tours.
- Maintain excellent customer service standards via phone, email, and in-person.
- Work closely with the operations and sales teams to ensure smooth travel experiences.
Requirements:
- Minimum SPM or Diploma in Tourism/Business or related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Passion for travel and knowledge of Sabah tourist attractions.
- Able to work on weekends or public holidays if required.
