Jawatan Kosong CONTRACT EXECUTIVE in Alor Setar
Description :
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Tendering and Contract Administration
- Assist in the preparation of tender documents and review contractor bids.
- Negotiate costs with contractors and suppliers to ensure competitive pricing.
- Prepare and issue contracts and ensure all parties are in agreement regarding terms and conditions.
- Cost Control and Reporting
- Monitor project costs throughout the construction phase, ensuring that expenditure aligns with the budget.
- Produce regular cost reports.
- Assess progress payments and applications for payment from contractors and subcontractors.
- Track and report on variations and ensure any changes to the project scope are accounted for financially.
- Site Visits and Measurements
- Attend site meetings to monitor progress and ensure compliance with contract specifications.
- Measure and record site quantities for valuation and payment purposes.
** Site visit and travel may be required depending on project location.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
