Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Khidmat Pelanggan/Customer Service: Melayan dan menyantuni pelanggan dengan baik. / Greeting, engaging, and assisting customers in finding products.

• Jualan & Transaksi / Sales & Transactions: Menguruskan tunai dan rekod jualan. / Operating cash registers, handling payments, and processing refunds.

• Penjualan / Merchandising: Mengurus dan menyusun stok barangan, menjaga kebersihan kedai. / Restocking shelves, organizing displays, and keeping the store clean.

• Pengetahuan Produk / Product Knowledge: Mengambil tahu promosi terkini, produk baru, dan polisi kedai. / Staying updated on promotions, new products, and store policies.

• Keselamatan / Safety: Menghalang kecurian dan mengekalkan keselamatan umum. / Preventing theft and maintaining a safe environment.

Essential Skills & Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer focus and patience.
• Basic math skills for cash handling.
• Ability to work in a team and independently.
• Single male workers are preferred, age between 25-35. However, women can apply too.
• Those around Paloh are preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From RM1,700.00 per month
