Description :
Baking Preparation:Assist in measuring and mixing ingredients for pastry recipes.
Prepare and assemble doughs, batters, and other components according to established recipes.
Baking Execution:Operate baking equipment and ovens to produce high-quality pastries.
Monitor baking times and temperatures to ensure product consistency.
Pastry Decoration:Participate in the decoration and finishing of pastries, cakes, and desserts.
Follow design specifications and ensure the visual appeal of products.
Inventory Management:Assist in monitoring and managing inventory levels of baking ingredients.
Notify senior staff when supplies need to be replenished.
Quality Control:Perform quality checks on ingredients and finished products.
Report any discrepancies or issues with product quality.
Cleanliness and Sanitation:Maintain a clean and organized work area, including washing utensils and equipment.
Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards.
Collaboration:Work closely with senior pastry chefs and other kitchen staff.
Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,193.75 - RM2,540.63 per month
