Jawatan Kosong Human Resource Officer in Ipoh
Description :
1. Handling payroll administration to ensure timely and accurate salary payment.
2. Maintain a proper HR cycle system from pre-hiring, development, to post-hiring while ensure proper upkeeping of HR documentation for tracing and audit.
3. Assist in organizing training and development and manage training records to ensure success in getting HRDF refund.
4. Participate in employee’s safety and health program and monitor on employees’ injuries which includes sending employees to hospital on emergencies when required.
5. Assist in the documentation and monitoring of employee’s performance and disciplinary which including grievances
6. Initiate and propose activities in improving employee engagement, support in coordinating employee engagement events and activities.
7. Support in handling employee’s disciplinary issues, industrial relation and domestic enquiry and periodic appraisal.
8. Support in ensuring legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource requirements.
9. Assist in the documentation and monitoring of employee’s performance and disciplinary which including grievances
10. Initiate and propose activities in improving employee engagement, support in coordinating employee engagement events and activities.
11. Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource requirements.
12. Perform duties in complying with Company’s mandated guidelines, Company’s Safety System, Company’s Policy and Procedure, and Rule and Regulations governed by the law of Malaysia.
13. To perform task and work requirement as and when required and assigned.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
