Ringkasan Jawatan:
We're seeking a Senior Accounts Executive to oversee comprehensive accounting functions within our operations located in Kuantan. This position comes with housing and meals to ease living costs, ideal for those aiming to relocate from large urban settings. Tanggungjawab Utama:
- Manage the entire accounting process including Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), General Ledger (GL), and bank reconciliations
- Generate and present monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial statements
- Oversee costs associated with transportation such as fuel, upkeep, and driver remuneration
- Provide assistance with tax obligations including SST, income tax, and withholding tax
- Aid in audit processes and management reports
- Maintain adherence to established accounting principles and legal requirements
Kelayakan:
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
- At least 5 years of relevant experience with capability to operate accounts independently
- Background in logistics or transport sectors is preferred
- Knowledgeable in Malaysian accounting regulations and tax policies
- Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Must be able to converse in Mandarin (Chinese-speaking work environment)
- Possess a keen eye for detail, a sense of responsibility, and ability to perform under pressure
Faedah:
- Base salary between RM 4,000 – RM 5,000
- Additional monthly allowance of approximately RM 400
- Housing provided along with meals included (lower living costs)

Waktu Bekerja:
- 26 workdays each month
- 8 working hours per day
- Off on public holidays
