Job Summary

The Marketing Executive is responsible for planning and executing marketing campaigns to promote the company's products and services, enhance brand awareness, and drive customer engagement. This role involves content creation, digital marketing, event coordination, and market research to support overall business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Marketing Campaigns
• Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns to meet business objectives.
• Collaborate with the sales team to create promotional materials and sales aids.
• Content Creation
• Create and manage content for social media, email marketing, websites, and other digital platforms.
• Write compelling copy for advertisements, newsletters, and brochures.
• Digital Marketing
• Plan and execute digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, and paid ads.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics to optimize campaigns.
• Event Management
• Organize and coordinate marketing events, roadshows, and exhibitions.
• Ensure event branding and promotional materials align with company objectives.
• Market Research
• Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
• Provide insights to support decision-making and product development.
• Brand Management
• Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels.
• Monitor brand perception and suggest strategies to enhance brand reputation.

Requirements

• Education: Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years in a marketing role; experience in digital marketing is a plus.
• Skills:
• Proficiency in social media platforms and marketing tools.
• Strong creativity, communication, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva) is advantageous.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
