Jawatan Kosong ADMIN CUM STOREKEEPER in Labuan
Description :
1. To maintain log book for quotation, invoices and any other applicable document.
2. To present the analyzed data to all the SDEs in weekly machining meeting.
3. To prepare weekly MOM for the weekly meeting.
4. To checking on timesheet for staff and contract workers on monthly and weekly basis respectively
5. To safe keeping and distribute PPE, equipment, tools, machine, consumables, stationery, fitting, spare parts and etc. as requested by submission of MRF.
6..To make sure safe keeping of Portable equipment at Yard.
7. Responsible to all the goods in store, inspect all received goods and must comply to the specification stated in purchase order.
8. Responsible to inform the goods delivery status to the person who order the goods.
9. Arrange the equipment in store.
10. Keeps the store cleans and tidy.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From RM1,700.00 per month
