- Provide front-line customer service to Amway Business Owners (ABO) with professionalism and customer satisfaction-oriented
- Direct specific and complex enquiries to superiors
- File documents and provide basic clerical tasks
- Manage daily transactions and operations and special tasks assigned such as workshop registration and ABO meeting
- Responsible to keep retail, office and store neat and presentable at all times
