Job Responsibilities:

 Lead and manage daily injection molding operations to consistently achieve

safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets.

 Plan and optimize production resources—including manpower, equipment,

tooling, and materials—to meet current demand and future capacity needs.

 Own the execution of product transfers and qualifications for molded parts,

ensuring robust process readiness and adherence to schedule, cost, and quality

requirements.

 Drive product and process quality through disciplined management of CARs, QNs,

SPC, audit performance, and scrap reduction.

 Champion a strong safety culture and ensure full compliance with company EHS

policies, regulatory requirements, and site standards.

 Build, develop, and coach production teams to sustain high performance and

readiness for business growth.

 Conduct training needs analysis (TNA) for direct reports and ensure timely and

effective execution of development plans.

 Identify opportunities for cost reduction and productivity improvement.

 Lead performance reviews, employee development discussions, and succession

planning for the organization.

 Sustain a Lean Six Sigma culture by driving continuous improvement initiatives

and eliminating non‑value‑added activities.

 Partner cross‑functionally to support site priorities, corporate manufacturing

strategies, and digital transformation initiatives.

Job Requirements:

 Proven manufacturing leader with hands‑on experience managing injection

molding operations and delivering stable, efficient, and safe production in

high‑volume environments.

 Strong people developer who builds high‑performing teams through coaching,

clear expectations, structured training, and effective performance management.

 Operational excellence mindset with demonstrated ability to improve quality,

delivery, and cost using Lean Six Sigma, data‑driven decision‑making, and

structured problem‑solving.

 Quality‑first leader with solid knowledge of manufacturing quality systems,

product transfers, and variation control using SPC, FMEA, and preventive risk

management.

 Business‑focused manager who understands how production decisions impact

customer delivery, cost performance, and long‑term capability, balancing

short‑term execution with sustained improvement.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM13,000.00 - RM16,000.00 per month
