Job Description:

The Finance Clerk, under supervision, is responsible for performing a wide range of financial duties. These duties include bookkeeping, accounting, and financial reporting.

Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative and clerical support in general office settings.
• Coordinate with the Labuan Insurance Manager on policy issuance, endorsements, and billing.
• Maintain and update policy and claim records.
• Assist in reporting to the Labuan Financial Services Authority (Labuan FSA).
• Maintain customer and vendor information and files.
• Perform other financial activities as required.
• Compute bills, charges, and financial transactions.

Requirements:

• Candidate must have at least 1-3 years of working experience.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and willingness to take on new challenges.
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Bahasa.
• Understanding of relevant financial legislation, policies, and procedures.
• Knowledge of personal computers and software applications.
• Must be willing to be based in the Federal Territory of Labuan.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:

• Performance bonus
