Jawatan Kosong FOREMAN IN AUTOMOTIVE PROTON KULIM in Kulim
Description :
- Supervise and lead a team of automotive technicians and mechanics.
- Allocate repair and service jobs based on skill level, workload, and urgency.
- Inspect ongoing and completed work to ensure quality and compliance with Proton standards.
- Assist technicians in diagnosing complex mechanical and electrical faults.
- Liaise with service advisors to understand customer complaints and service requirements.
- Ensure all repair work is completed within promised timeframes.
- Conduct final quality control checks before vehicle delivery to customers.
- Provide training and mentoring to junior technicians.
- Monitor the use of tools and equipment, ensuring proper maintenance and calibration.
- Ensure workshop safety, cleanliness, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Report any recurring vehicle issues to technical support or engineering teams.
- Maintain accurate job records and assist with warranty claim processing.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and technical training.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
