Description :
Human Resources Support:
- Support in end-to-end recruitment process
- Manage in payroll management
- Liaise with statutory bodies
- Maintain and update employee records
- Support in performance management process
- Support in employee welfare and engagement
- Support in other HR related matter
Administration Support:
- Oversee procurement, maintenance, and tracking office supplies, equipment and inventory
- Support project team in CIDB, JKKP and insurance
- Handle daily office administrative tasks
- Maintain organized filling system for both HR and administrative documents
- Support in other administrative related matter
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,700.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
Education:
- STM/STPM (Required)
Experience:
- Human resources: 2 years (Required)
Language:
- Chinese (Required)
Work Location: In person
