Description :
Job Responsibilities
- Attend to Walk-in customers' & agents' queries, service request, quotation, invoicing and / or complaints by taking appropriate actions and ensure complete through until resolved.
- Ensure the smooth running of daily operation in front counter.
- Attend walk in customer and take appropriate action to manage the queue by reducing the waiting & serving time.
- Attend to operational issues by working with all relevant internal / external parties until resolved.
- Undertake any other functions, projects and/or assignment as instructed by management.
- Reply to WhatsApp and email enquiries
- Job Requirements
- At least Diploma / Advanced / Degree with minimum of 1 year working experience in customer service field.
- Required Language: Chinese / English / Malay
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Computer literate, MS Office, Photoshop, Illustrator, Corel Draw is advantage.
- Team player, proactive and highly motivated
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
